Today we read the story of Ping who had mom, dad, two sisters, three brothers, eleven aunts, seven uncles and forty-two cousins.

Mystery knitting

I joined a mystery shawl knit along this summer and finished this beautiful project which I named Summer of Stormy Beaches. I've included a photo of the inspiration as well. The pattern is "summer of..." by Cindy Garland. The blue yarn is Minestrone by Yarn Chef in Mendocino and the gray is Cascade's Heritage.
